Do you find that your Top Fill Humidifier is leaking? Usually this is a sign that there is possibly a crack in the plastic or a seal has broken.
Have any essential oils or additives been used inside the unit? Do you see any visible cracks on the unit?
- Please remove the lid and fill the entire base area with water. Let it sit for a couple of hours to see if water leaks out of it.
- Make sure that the unit is sitting on a hard, flat surface with nothing under it (blanket, towel, etc.). You may also notice wetness around the unit if it is placed on the floor. It should never be placed on carpet. Check the mist setting to make sure that it isn’t set too high which could be mistaken for the unit leaking if you notice water around the unit.
