LIN Series knobs falling off?

It is important to note that the knob should be installed so that the flat side of each of those switch stems lines up where the screw is on the silver knob. You may need to back the screw out of the knob slightly and then slide it onto the switch on the flat side and then tighten. You will need either a 5/64" or 2 mm Allan key. If the knob is not aligned correctly on the switch stem, the knob will inevitably fall off.
