E-Series Range Hood Blade Removal

This applies to all EB, ESQ, and ESQZ series hoods where you are looking to remove the blade for replacement, or cleaning.

• The blade is help onto the shaft with a c-clip. Using a needle nose plier, or flat head screwdriver, remove the c-clip from the motor shaft.
• You will then pull the blade down off the shaft. We recommend a second person to ensure that the weight of pulling the blade down down not cause the hood to fall. 
• Use soap and water to clean the blade. 
• Once clean, insert the blade onto the motor shaft. 
• Replace the the c-clamp onto the d-shaft to secure the blade back on.
