Can I use my heater in a Surge Protector, Power Strip or any other cord connected device?

Lasko takes the safety of our customers very seriously. We also understand the importance of safe usage of your Lasko space heater. For this reason, we do not recommend using the heaters in any cord connected devices. The unit should be plugged directly into a 120V wall outlet. Using a heater in this manner can pose a major safety concern and may even void your warranty. Below is the mention made in each heaters instruction manual that pertains to this usage.
