How to assemble a snap-in Exhaust Fan grill

Assembling a snap-in grill can be a little confusing and this article hopefully will help to simplify this process. 

Inside of your exhaust fan housing there are foam strips covering the holes in which the grill springs go through. You cannot see any holes because the strips are covering them but the strips should be visible.

Please locate these strips to insert the spring ends into. Please note that you should not remove the strips, but rather insert the springs through the strips and it should seal the air from escaping when the unit is running.
