YY11200 Filter Pack Info

If a you purchase a YY11200 Filter-pack for model HF11200, it is important to note how the filters will be arriving. See below for details. 

• By design, the Air Purifier comes with three filters, HEPA (1-year), Activated Carbon (4-months) and a Pre-Filter (4-months)
• When ordering a replacement filter pack, the filters come in a pack of two (see below). The top image below is the HEPA filter. The bottom image is noted act the Activated Carbon, but the pre-filter is glued to this Activated Carbon filter as well by default in the replacement packs only. It may appear that they only received two, but in fact they received all three. 
• Both the Pre-Filter and the Activated Carbon Filter come in the pack noted "Activated Carbon Filter" as shows in the bottom image below. The second bag includes the HEPA Filter. 
• The reason for the application of the pre-filter and activated carbon together is because they both last the same amount of time, which is 4-months on average.
