CADR rating and what is CADR?

CADR stands for Clean Air Delivery Rate. In general, this will show you exactly how much of the specific particles will be removed from the air. In other words, CADR rating indicates how fast the air purifier can clean the air within a specific room size. For example, an air purifier with CADR rating of 500 cfm will clean a room of 500 square feet much faster than an air purifier with CADR rating of only 100 cfm.

CADR rating is measured in CFM which stands for cubic feet per minute. CADR is most notably associated with pollen, smoke, and dust.
