In the current manual, it states the HEPA filter indicator should flash red when the HEPA filter needs to be replaced, however this is incorrect. The HEPA filter light will flash blue when the HEPA filter needs to be replaced. We have updated this information for future manuals and we apologize for the confusion.
Once the filter is replaced, you will then need to reset the unit by having the unit on and holding down the HEPA reset button for 5 seconds. This will allow the light to stop flashing.
Also, to confirm, the UV indicator will also flash blue when the UV light needs to be replaced.
