    I agree that trying to register a product is a nightmare. I hope the fan works better than this registration process. I finally gave up. It is saying that something is left blank, but it is not.

    Thank you for sharing this feedback. Please be sure when registering your product that you are attaching an image of the receipt. The receipt is needed in order to complete the registration process as the receipt serves as your warranty.

    I was getting the same error. I had to chat with an agent who informed me that they are currently having an issue with product registration. I sent the receipt and she quickly added it for me without issue.

    Andrew, the issue is that despite trying to attach an image of the receipt on the registration page, the file is not being recognized and gives the error: "RegistrationAttReq: cannot be blank"

    I've tried .png, pdf, and jpeg

    I did attach a copy of my receipt. Just as Megan stated, I received the same error message. I restarted the form 3 times and attached the receipt each time. I finally just gave up. A registration process should not be this frustrating. I will not buy Lasko products in the future. It seems this is an on-going issue and should not be difficult to fix.

    The problem is that when you upload the receipt, it appears below the box, not in the box which leaves the box empty. That should be a simple fix on your end.

    Is this site a. joke? You cannot even register your product, which I believe is the goal. I have never seen such a site as this. I wish I would have purchased a different brand versus a Lasko.

    I just purchased my fourth Lasko product and decided to register this heater. Why do you need a receipt now I don't think someone is just going to register a product just for funh.

    I have never had such difficulty in product registration. I doubt I will ever purchase anything from Lasko again!

    I have had the same problem for 1 week now.  I finally joined the Chat and someone helped me.  When I reached the section "register a Lasko products"- it knocks me out totally

    This was the most ridiculous attempt to register a product I have experienced EVER.  Almost makes me want to returtn it! I hope to heaven it is registered, but asking for an email confirmation and discovering there wouldn't be one available would probably put me over the edge if I persued the request.  Goodness!
