How to access a FedEx return label

When you find yourself in need of returning a device back to our offices, we make the return convenient by sending you an electronic, prepaid return label. You will receive the return label in your email. Below are the steps to follow in order to access, and print your return label. This label will be used by FedEx to return your device. 

• Our team will process the return label for your. This will be emailed to you and it will look similar to the one below. Be sure NOT to use the QR code in the upper-left hand corner. This will not lead you to the prepaid label. 
• Click on the "Print label yourself" in your email (circled below)

• You will receive the following label link. Click "Print Label"

• The label will then populate on your screen, which can be printed and taken to a FedEx location.
