When connecting your device, be sure you have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location services set to always for the set up. Also be sure you are close to the unit when setting it up. If you do this and are still having trouble, please let us know what device you are using and if you are using a dual bandwidth router. The unit will only run on 2.4GHz not on 5GHz.
