AC4625 will not turn on

Occasionally you may find that your Air Purifier will not turn on. No worries, below you will find some recommended troubleshooting that we suggest to resolve this issue. 

1. Remove the rear panel cover and remove the filter and put it to the side. 
2. There are 2 safety switches, one at the top of the filter cavity towards the front of the unit (can be pushed in with your finger), the 2nd is where the panel cover snaps into. The top one will need a paper clip, or something similar to activate.
3. Once both switches have been located, please plug the unit in, turn on the unit and activate both switches at the same time to test the unit manually.  If the unit operates as normal, reinstall the filter and put the panel cover back on, listening for the panel cover to snap into place.
