VP-33 Recall: Why is the product being recalled?

The VP-33 blower fans made in December 2017 or before are being recalled because the capacitor inside the product can overheat, causing a potential fire hazard. Intertex discovered this issue in testing after receiving 5 reports of property damage. No injuries have occurred in connection with this issue.
