Please open your Bluetooth settings on your Android phone and scan for devices. Is your Lasko Fan showing on the list of nearby devices?
- If no, you may want to check to make sure that your device is up-to-date on security patches. Additionally, if you are using an older Android device, it is possible that the Bluetooth connection is not compatible with your Lasko product
- If yes, then your phone is recognizing the fan, however the communication between your fan's Bluetooth and the Lasko Connect app is closed and this may require further investigation by our support team.
If you find that neither of the above articles, nor troubleshooting addresses your concern, and you find that your Lasko Bluetooth Device is not showing in your Lasko Connect Application as a connected device, please complete an online support request form and your concern will be escalated to our product experts.

Sorry, the problem is not related to the remote control unit or bluetooth. The tower fan/heater will light up when connected to the power but there's a rapid beep and the fan and heater will not turn on.
It won't turn on either with or without the remote control.
