New Bulb is not illuminating - GG1000 and GG1100

Occasionally you may find that your bulb will not be illuminating. No worries, below you will find some recommended troubleshooting that we suggest to resolve this issue. 

• Remove the top lid from the unit
• Next, remove the replacement bulb from the socket (be sure the unit is powered off and unplugged)
• Re-install the bulb, twisting it into the socket a little tighter (it needs to have a secure fit in the socket)
• Re-attach the top lid and screw
• Plug-in and Power the unit on and see if these steps have resolved the issue.
