Should I use the warm or cool setting on my Guardian humidifier?

The decision to use warm or cool mist is based on personal preference. Warm moisture tends to make the air in the room feel warmer due to the warm vapor being released into the air. Cool moisture has the opposite effect causing the air to feel cooler. Warm climate may prefer a cool moisture humidifier, colder climate may prefer a warm moisture humidifier. The warm setting can also create more mist than the cool setting.
