To reset a Lasko fan, please make sure the unit is powered off, unplugged from the wall and leave it that way for 10-15 minutes. After that time elapses, please plug the unit back into another outlet, ideally in another room to see if that resolves the issue. If not, please check reach out to a Customer Support Specialist for assistance.

Please try the following troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue you may be experiencing.
- Reset the item by unplugging it for ten to fifteen minutes
- Try plugging the unit into a different outlet, as well as in a different room. There may be a fluctuation in the power source/outlet that may be affecting the operation of the product
- Be sure the unit is plugged directly into a wall outlet. No extension cords or surge protectors are to be used with these products.
Please do not open the unit for any reason. Due to safety reasons, we recommend the motor not be disassembled. As stated in your instruction manual, any warranty you may have on the product will be voided if the unit is opened

it is not helpful for the chat box to put you into a continuous loop that goes no where! My fan was purchased on 6/21/22 and it does not work... i have already done all of the trouble shooting suggested.
