KP-1 Limited Warranty and Replacement Policy

Proof of Purchase is required on all warranty claims

1 Year Warranty

Intertex blowers are covered against defects in material and craftsmanship to original purchaser if used under normal and intended use. Warranty is for a term on 1 year from the original date of purchase including parts, labor and 1 way shipping.

Customer is responsible for shipment of the damage unit to Intertex warehouse for repairs.

Residence of Canada and non-contiguous states must pay freight both ways. 

Intertex will cover parts (except power cords)

5 Year Warranty

Intertex will cover housing from date of original purchase

Any sign of misuse including but not limited to rough handling, abuse, tampering, improper voltage use, unauthorized maintenance and repairs are NOT covered under the warranty policy. 

For service under warranty:

1.Request Proof pf purchase and issue a RMA#

2. Confirm information and determine if eligible for replacement unit or parts

3. Advise customer to allow 5-7 business days for shipping
