My Space Heater will not turn on

This applies to any heater. This is a sign that the space heater is not receiving any power at all. First, please power off and unplug the unit from the wall and examine the plug to make sure there is no damage. 

If there is no damage to the plug, please the heater unplugged for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the internal controls to reset. After waiting, try plugging the heater back into a new outlet, in a separate room.
