Ok here's the deal. Purchased the Lasko 18" Adjustable Pedestal Fan Model #S18902 a week ago. Totally disappointed with outcome of this product. When running, fan sounds like a car driving on a flat tire ...very noisy. Also adjustable rod won't stay in place. It slides up and down... had to use duct tape to keep extension pipe/rod in place. This was a total waste of my money. Thought I would assist my AC unit bill with this fan. Disappointed.. how do I get my money back? Thank you ..
