Why is this not available in English? If it is, I am unable to locate it.

QR code on pamphlet in box DOES not have this model number? Also, why aren't there instructions in English?? I found a video on Youtube with a visual on how to assemble. Here is the link for anyone looking: https://youtu.be/L6OzPyC18y4?si=EalrHqrZVSirDhsY

Why can't you put assembly instructions in the box? Why do I have to go on line and search for the fan model. An INTELLIGENT company would provide a link to the exact fan's instruction manual and not make the customer scroll and hunt for the model number.
