Instructions included in the box instead of a QR code to a website would have been preferable.

I totally agree! Instead of all the other info on that 1 sheet of paper that is located within the box. The "how to assemble" instructions should have been on that 1 sheet (in all languages).
Then allow the customer to scan QR code for warning caution and warranty information.
That makes no sense!

I’ve had several lasco fans. They are a good product. They’re also pretty much the only available product. I was really annoyed that I had to search to find the instruction manual to put the fan together. Are you really saving so much money by not printing out the instructions and including them in the box?

I had an issue with my new fan so I contacted customer service. Within a few weeks my problem was solved. Wonderful support from this company. They were very helpful, kind and prompt with correspondence. Thank you for your help! My fan is wonderful in this extreme heat in Ohio. I would recommend the 16” pedestal fan.

If you're going to have a QR code, at least have it go to the correct page. Do better, Lasko. It took longer to get to the instructions than it took to assemble the fan. Unacceptable!
