My base 1/2 of it broke the back part that Tim Abbot was so rude he hung up the phone on me ! I was a manager for 25 years if any one in my office spoke to a customer and hung up on them I would get the second call they would have been fired ! you people are in PA I from New York where people work these people just answer a phone ! How dare you transfer people to other departments and make them wait and give the same story your company just wasted an hour and a half of my time. And I still have to pay for the part just by walking next to it .It fell down and broke and you replaced it 2 years ago for not working and I was told from your company people were having problems with this fan. I want this on your complaint page and have that Tim Abbott fired or talked to ! Did you know the customer is always right . Get rid of him the most rude man I have him taped I'm going to write a bad review on Facebook not to purchase anything from you and tell them you have rude people working there. You should be ashamed of your company !
