This heater (model CT20111) appears not to have a tip-over safety shutoff switch. Is that correct? Or is my unit defective? The same question was asked on the Target website, and a customer responded that it does not have this feature. So assuming this is correct, why does it not have one? Isn't that a fire hazard? The unit is tall and narrow, so isn't it more likely to fall over than something short and wide?
