What is the power consumption at each of the three heat mode settings, H1, H2 and H3. I can assume that at H3, the wattage is 1500 watts as stated on the box. But what about H1 and H2?

I have tried all the things in the articals the heater will not switch on /off with the remote from as close as 2-5 feet

Same. It worked fine in the springtime when I put it away. Now, nothing.
