Generally when the mist starts to diminish, it is an indication that the ultra sonic disk needs to be cleaned. Please try the following troubleshooting suggestions and if additional assistance is needed please feel free to contact us:
- Please unplug the humidifier. Remove the water tank, there is a small spring on the lid, make sure the spring moves easily. Make sure the rubber gasket is secure on the inside of the lid.
- Drain any excess water from the base area. The ultra sonic disk should be cleaned frequently, using 100% white vinegar. Let the vinegar soak in the disk area for 10-15 minutes
- Then use the brush provided and gently clean the disk. Please make sure that you do not scrub. Drain any excess vinegar and dry with a soft cloth.
- Reassemble, making sure the water in the tank is room temperature and the tank is not over filled. Make sure the tank is securely in place. Please plug the product in, turn it on and let it run for at least 1 hour.
